|These are strange times we are living in. Having been told to stay at home many people are taking the opportunity to do some extra gardening, DIY or working on their fitness. But what about the more elderly members of our society? Going for a walk round the village or to the shops is the main form of exercise for some people. By not doing this they may be losing strength, fitness and balance.
